1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 711royal ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 711royal platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one account on the 711royal platform. A single individual holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and complete. Mandatory details include your full name as shown on your identity card, an active mobile phone number, a valid email address and any other details required by the registration form.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
• Notify us immediately via live chat support or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 711royal will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

711royal reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account found to have provided false information, committed fraud, misused the platform or violated any provision of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The 711royal platform accepts a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method selected.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour of the request being approved.
• All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances that require review by our team.

Any attempt to launder money or conduct suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in line with our platform's compliance obligations. All funds related to such activity will be frozen immediately.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 711royal are subject to the wagering requirements and specific rules stated alongside each offer. Received bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.

The 711royal welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100, bonus RM100, account balance RM200. Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM1,800, bonus RM888, account balance RM2,688. Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.
• Bonuses will not be paid out if an account is found to have misused any promotional offer.
• 711royal reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting Rules and Market Settlement

All bets placed on the 711royal platform are subject to the rules of the relevant sport or game. We reserve the right to void or amend bets under the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled or postponed and not resumed within the stipulated period.
• The displayed price or odds are the result of a significant technical error.
• There is evidence of match manipulation or fraud involving the event in question.
• Inaccurate information was received at the time of market settlement.

For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body will be used as the basis for settlement. For live casino games and slots, results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system or recorded dealer actions are final.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by a member unless the platform provides a cash out function for a specific market. Cash out terms and values are at the platform's discretion at the relevant time.

7 Member Conduct and Responsible Use

All members are required to use the 711royal platform in a responsible and ethical manner that does not violate any applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to exploit the system.
• Sharing account login details with another individual or allowing another person to use your account.
• Distributing content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening or obscene through our platform.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempt to deceive the platform or other members.
• Engaging in activities that could compromise the integrity of the game or fair betting.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 711royal holds its licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration under procedures to be determined by us.
